Selain sehat ruhani, kita pun harus memperhatikan kesehatan jasmani. Di sekolah, mata pelajaran Penjas (Pendidikan Jasmani) adalah salah satu upaya untuk memberikan skill (keterampilan) siswa dalam hal pengetahuan kesehatan jasmani dan prakteknya.

Di SMP Negeri 1 Mande, mata pelajaran Penjas diampu oleh 4 orang guru. Mereka adalah Bu Dra. Hj. Yanti Susilawati, Pak Krisna Aditiya, S.Pd., Bu Dini Sri Wahyuni, S.Pd., dan Pak Aris Supyan Purnama, S.Pd..

Dra. Hj. Yanti Susilawati

Ibu Dra. Hj. Yanti Susilawati, seorang guru yang cukup tegas dalam mendidik peserta didik ini, lahir di Sukabumi, 25 Mei 1967. Pengalamannya cukup banyak dalam mengampu mapel Penjas. Beliau memulai pengabdiannya di SMPN 1 Mande sejak tanggal 2 Februari 1998.

Krisna Aditiya, S.Pd.

Dini Sri Wahyuni, S.Pd.

Bu Dini Sri Wahyuni, beliau lahir di Bandung pada tanggal 06 Agustus 1994. Ibu yang baru memiliki 1 buah hati ini memulai kiprahnya di SMPN 1 Mande sejak 7 April 2017 lalu.
