Siapa sih yang tak kenal SMPN 1 Mande (dulu SMPN Mande), sekolah tertua di Mande yang berdiri tahun 1968. Bukan hanya “tua” usianya, tentu harus ditunjang oleh prestasi-prestasi gemilang yang sejalan dengan kebesaran namanya.

Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, disusunlah visi dan misi sebagai landasan bergerak dan melangkah.

Apa itu visi?

Visi adalah pandangan jauh tentang suatu perusahaan ataupun lembaga dan lain-lain, visi juga dapat di artikan sebagai tujuan perusahaan atau lembaga dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuannya tersebut pada masa yang akan datang atau masa depan

Apa itu misi?

Misi adalah suatu pernyataan tentang apa yang harus dikerjakan oleh perusahaan atau lembaga dalam usaha mewujudkan Visi tersebut. Misi perusahaan di artikan sebagai tujuan dan alasan mengapa perusahaan atau lembaga itu dibuat. Misi juga akan memberikan arah sekaligus batasan-batasan proses pencapaian tujuan.

SMP Negeri 1 Mande, memiliki visinya yang cukup ideal. ” Terwujudnya Peserta didik yang unggul dalam Prestasi, Agamis, dan Berakhlakul Karimah”

Visi SMPN 1 Mande

  1. Terwujudnya peserta didik yang unggul dalam prestasi, agamis, dan berakhlakul karimah
  2. Melaksanakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif
  3. Mengembangkan kurikulum sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku
  4. Meningkatkan mutu akademik dan non akademis
  5. Meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan
  6. Menyiapkan peserta didik melanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi
  7. Menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif nyaman dan asri
  8. Mengembangkan perilaku agamis dan berakhlakul karimah
  9. Mengoptimalkan pelayanan pendidikan kepada masyarakat

Menuju sekolah juara adalah pekerjaan yang luar biasa besarnya. Indikator utama menjadi sekolah juara, bukan hanya unggul dalam prestasi akademik dan non akademik. Lebih jauh dari semua itu adalah terbentuknya karakter positif dalam jiwa semua civitas akademika ( pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan).

Pra syarat menuju kesuksesan tersebut, tiada lain adalah adanya kekompakan semua pihak, sesuai porsi dan proporsi masing-masing. Dan di Satman ( panggilan akrab SMPN 1 Mande), kebersamaan ini sudah diusahakan dengan berbagai ikhtiar. Misal, adanya Sanroh (santapan rohani) guru.

Kita berharap, visi dan misi sekolah kebanggaan kita ini dapat tercapai.
