Guru Satman Terus Belajar, Belajar Terus, Mengupgrade Diri
Belajar sepanjang hayat…mungkin itulah yang tengah dilakukan oleh guru-guru hebat Satman. Dengan penuh semangat, pada hari Rabu dan Kamis (10 – 11 Februari 2021) giat belajar melalui kegiatan In House Training (IHT) Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Daring melalui Akun Pembelajaran dan Multimedia SMP Negeri 1 Mande Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.
Pada kegiatan IHT kali ini Tim Kurikulum SMPN 1 Mande, mengagendakan beberapa materi, yaitu:
- Sekilas tentang Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM)
- Sosialisasi dan Aktivasi Akun Pembelajaran
- Membuat Video Pembelajaran Menggunakan Aplikasi Camtasia
- Menggunakan Aplikasi Handphone Portal Edukasi SMP
Adapun narasumber yang mengisi acara IHT ini adalah rekan-rekan guru Satman juga, yang saling berbagi informasi yang diperoleh dari Bimtek/Diklat dan Webinar yang pernah diikuti. Jadi acara ini adalah acara dari, oleh, dan untuk guru-guru Satman sendiri. Bersyukur sekali Satman memiliki guru-guru hebat yang penuh dedikasi dan semangat untuk terus maju.
Pembinaan dari Pengawas Bina
Kegiatan IHT kali ini semakin bermakna ketika turut dihadiri oleh Pengawas Bina SMP Negeri 1 Mande, Bpk. Drs. Dadan Sugiarto, M.Pd. Kebetulan beliau adalah Pengawas Bina baru bagi SMP Negeri 1 Mande, sehingga momen ini dijadikan sebagai momen perkenalan juga bagi beliau dan rekan-rekan guru Satman.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, Bpk. Dadan Sugiarto mencoba menggali dan memetakan kondisi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Mande, dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan seputar perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hingga proses penilaian. Beliupun memberikan materi tambahan seputar HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills), meskipun hanya sekilas karena minimnya waktu yang tersedia. Sekilas tentang Asesmen Nasional dan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM)
Dikarenakan ada beberapa guru yang mengikuti Program Guru Belajar seri AKM, maka momen ini dijadikan sebagai momen pengimbasan dan berbagi informasi seputar Asesmen Nasional dan AKM. Dalam materi ini dijelaskan perbedaan antara Asesmen Nasional dan Ujian Nasional. Asesmen Nasional merupakan penilaian mutu pendidikan menggunakan tiga jenis asesmen, yaitu Soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), Angket Survey Karakter, dan Angket Survey Lingkungan Belajar. Sementara untuk AKM sendiri menitikberatkan pada penilaian kompetensi literasi baca dan numerasi. Namun, AKM yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada Bulan Maret 2021 ini dikarenakan kondisi Pandemi batal dilaksanakan dan ditunda hingga September – Oktober 2021.
Sosialisasi dan Aktivasi Akun Pembelajaran
Pada IHT kali ini juga dilakukan sosialisasi tentang Akun Pembelajaran. Ibu Santi Kurniawati, M.Pd membantu sosialisasi Akun Pembelajaran dengan mengemukakan kemudahan dan keuntungan dari pemanfaatan Akun Pembelajaran. Mengingat Akun Pembelajaran ini merupakan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Kemendikbud, maka sangat disayangkan jika tidak dimanfaatkan. Maka pada hari guru-guru Satman mulai mengaktivasi akun masing-masing. Selanjutnya, para Wali Kelas turut mengkativasi Akun Pembelajaran peserta didik agar bisa segera dibagikan kepada setiap peserta didik untuk segera digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
Best momment pada sesi ini adalah ketika peserta IHT sulit dibubarkan ketika kegiatan hari pertama sudah ditutup. Para Wali Kelas hebat sangat bersemangat untuk menyelesaikan aktivasi Akun Pembelajaran peserta didik hingga sore hari, meskipun narasumber/instruktur telah pulang duluan…Masya Allah.
Membuat Video Pembelajaran dengan Aplikasi Camtasia
Sesi selanjutnya pada kegiatan IHT ini semakin seru. Guru-guru Satman semakin antusias ketika diperkenalkan dengan sebuah aplikasi video editting bernama Camtasia. Dengan bimbingan admin web (Yuni Choirunnisa, S.Pd dan Januar Aripin, S.Pd), yang kebetulan berkesempatan mengikuti Webinar SETI dengan salah satu materi tentang Camtasia kegiatan diawali dengan penginstalan aplikasi di laptop masing-masing. Tak lupa terima kasih tak terhingga untuk Pa Yosep Sopyan, S.Pd dan Pa Krisna Aditiya, S.Pd , yang turut membantu penginstalan aplikasi ini. Juga bapak-bapak hebat yang mempersiapkan tempat kegiatan dengN maksimal, Jazakumullah khoiron katsiron…
Untuk mengefektifkan waktu, pembuatan produk video pembelajaran ini dilakukan secara berkelompok untuk setiap mata pelajaran. Sehingga, setelah selesai IHT diharapkan terdapat produk video pemebelajaran menggunakan Aplikasi Camtasia untuk setiap mata pelajaran.

Aplikasi Portal Edukasi SMP
Sesi terakhir dari IHT ini adalah penginstalan dan penggunaan Aplikasi Handphone Portal edukasi SMP. Aplikasi ini adalah aplikasi yang bisa diinstal pada handphone berisi rangkuman materi dan soal-soal hampir seluruh mata pelajaran Kurikul 2013 edisi Revisi. Dengan mengenalkan aplikasi ini pada guru-guru Satman, diharapkan dapat diteruskan kepada peserta didik sehingga dapat menjadi solusi untuk keterbatasan buku siswa.
Alhamdulillah…tuntas sudah kegiatan IHT yang penuh materi ini. Semoga bermanfaat bagi semua dan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran daring di SMP Negeri 1 Mande.
